Carolyn Saraceni Castillo is a passionate producer who, at only 25 years old, has fully renovated her family’s farm with the help of her father. The farm has been passed down from generation to generation and the spark that Doña Carolyn has brought to Finca Estrella has revitalized the quality of the coffee and community surrounding the farm in Boquete. She is committed to hiring only local workers for the harvest, which runs from November to March and also collaborates closely with the Creativa Coffee District project to ensure quality extends throughout the chain.
