Our coffee bar exists to help you find your next favorite coffee. The goal is to connect with the best coffee roasters in the world to bring their wonderful roasts and flavors back to our shop. Not only are we looking for great tasting coffee, but we're looking to partner with roasters that value sustainability, philanthropy, employee & team value, and doing good in the world.

Whirlwind Coffee
We first met David and the team at Whirlwind by chance. We were looking for great coffee and a good partner, and boy did he exceed that expectation. The team at Whirlwind not only lent a helping hand without hesitation, but they are some of the best people we've met. They donate 100% of their net profits to charity. We love working with them, what they stand for, and of course love their coffee!
Killer Diller - After tasting many coffees, this was our favorite dark roast. It has a deep coco/chocolate taste and is not only used for our cold brew, but is ultimately used for our coffee liqueur.
High Kick - Our most popular roast, High Kick is a great medium roasted blend that has a smooth almond/floral taste.
Dark Matter Coffee
A tie back to some of our roots in living in the city, Dark Matter is a fan favorite throughout the Chicagoloand area. They have bold flavors and aren't afraid to experiment with their coffees, which is something we align with so well in our distilling strategy and mission.
Starry Eyes - Starry Eyes has a great bold taste, but pulls sweet, creamy with toasty flavors.
A Love Supreme - This blend provides a silky coffee with great chocolatey notes.
Modest Coffee
Modest Coffee is a great roaster out of West Chicago, IL that caught our eye with their great story. They not only support global coffee practices and the local communities, but are proud to be a majority woman run business, empowering women in the workplace. Their commitment to ensuring that everyone from growing to roasting to providing you with a great cup of coffee is unmatched and we are thrilled to partner with them.
The Collector - Cerro Las Ranas (the Hill of Frogs) coffee is named after the farm’s lagoon that is populated by thousands of frogs, located in Apaneca within the department of Ahuachapan, El Salvador. This coffee wowed us the first time we tasted it and we knew we had to bring it in!
The Enthusiast - The Enthusiast coffee features mid-tier micro lots, lighter and more complex roasts, with a focus on seasonal variety. Definitely try this one with a pour over if you have the opportunity, you won't regret it
Futura Coffee Roasters
Futura coffee has a quality-first approach and a mission for soil regeneration both where coffee is grown and where it's served. Their commitment to sustainability aligns with our mission and made partnering with them a no brainer. We're excited to introduce Futura's unique coffees.
Hateso Ethiopia - This single origin coffee has a timeless profile with notes of watermelon, strawberry, and dark honey.
