Duel Bourbon

47.5% ABV (750 mL)- Our first whisky to see the light of day! This bourbon is a head to head battle of  organic white dent corn and chocolate roast malted barley. Aged 6 months in our 30 gallon barrels to preserve the rich malt and sweet corn interplay without being overtaken by the oak. This one is sneaky, as you experiment in cocktails you'll find the toasted, chocolate notes come to the forefront to take the day.
