Ascent Bourbon Barrel Aged Apple Brandy
50% ABV (750 mL) - Our first barrel aged brandy release is one of special acclaim as an apple brandy from Wisconsin orchards. Three varieties of apple were crushed and fermented then twice distilled into a premium eau de vie. We then rested the brandy in glass carboy for a 6 month rest to mellow and round out the flavors. Then 12 months of aging in wooden barrels that previously held our Duel Bourbon.
